e-Gel
e-Gel is a complex carb based gel and very low in sugar (excellent for endurance athletes). A big selling point is also that it provides more electrolytes than any other gel and has a thin consistency that’s easy to get down and easy on the stomach.

Not sold on Amazon (they sell direct) and no caffeine options if that’s important to you.
